A map of the workflow today. Who touches it, which systems are opened, where data is copied and where people wait.
Services
From one expensive workflow to a system that runs.
We don't sell design or development by the day. We find the workflow that costs you the most, build the missing software layer, and can operate it for the long run.
What working with us looks like.
Here’s what you get when you start with Noctua Software:
Workflow audit in
3–5 days
ending with a clear build, buy or integrate decision.
First system live in
2–6 weeks
typically, connected to the tools your team already uses.
After launch,
1 owner
keeps integrations, jobs and rules running.
What the audit gives you.
The fracture and what it costs. The bottleneck, and an estimate of its economic impact.
Build, buy or integrate. A scan of existing software, APIs and open source, and the smallest correct intervention.
Architecture, prototype path and scope. How the system would work, how to test it first, and what it would take to ship.
Go, test first, or no-go. If a thin integration or an existing tool is enough, we say so.
Problems we fix.
Proposals
Quotes built by hand.
Pricing and options live in spreadsheets and in people's heads, so every proposal takes days.
Data entry
The same data typed twice.
Client details move between the inbox, the CRM and documents by copy-paste.
Business rules
Rules nobody can see.
Business rules sit in spreadsheets, so every quote needs a manual check.
Integrations
Tools that don’t talk.
CRM, email and internal tools are disconnected, and follow-ups slip.
Response time
Slow answers to valuable requests.
Inquiries wait before the right person sees them with full context.
What we build.
Great software comes with clear ownership.
Your data, documents, users and business rules belong to you, and the contract says so. Access goes through official connections with the minimum permissions each integration needs. Noctua keeps only its reusable, generic building blocks.

Teams where each transaction is worth a lot, the process repeats, several tools and teams are involved, and the workflow is too specific for a standard SaaS to fit.

Questions.
Do you charge by the day?
No. Each phase is scoped around an outcome: an audit, a system, or ongoing operation of that system.
Will you always recommend a custom build?
No. The audit compares building, buying and integrating. If an existing tool or a thin integration solves the problem, that is our recommendation.
How long does a build take?
Typically 2 to 6 weeks for the priority system. The audit, 3 to 5 working days, defines the scope before anything is built.
Do you work with our existing team and tools?
Yes. We integrate with your stack and your people, and hand over cleanly if your team takes the system in-house.
Do you use AI?
When it makes the workflow faster, safer or more accurate, and always on your own data, with your team keeping the final decision.
What do we need to prepare?
Time with the people who run the process, and access to the tools involved through your admin.
Start with the workflow that hurts most.
Describe it in a few lines. Our assistant helps you frame it, then you choose: a 20-minute call, or a reply from the team by email.
